Dear Friends, I discovered my love of exercise and healthy living at a young age: After losing my parents far too early in life, I was lost, alone, and searching for answers. Movement became my refuge. It was a revelation to me, that what we do with our bodies has a profound healing effect on our minds and our hearts. So I made it my mission to share this sense of joy and hope with others.
