I spent the last month in New York, and it was qui I spent the last month in New York, and it was quite an adventure! I love NYC for the food, the theater, art, AND some fabulous fitness classes. Here are two that are on my hit list:

Rise Nation - I’ve never been a huge fan of the VersaClimber because I found it boring. @risenation has taken the boring out! It is the brain child of celebrity trainer Jason Walsh @risemovement - Using different combinations and stride lengths on the machines, it’s a dynamo 30-minute class. Add in some powerful music and instructors, like @tyleraustinwhite @madsparrish @livlasso and it became a daily stop for me.

Village Gyrotonic - I took my first GYROTONIC class in Los Angeles 35 years ago! I stumbled across @villagegyrotonic studio when I was out on a walk one day. Think of it as Pilates with circular motion. As the body moves from one movement to the next, by transitioning through arcing and spiraling paths, it promotes joint mobility and increases your spinal columns functional ability.  Thank you @malialam_dance and @_mariana9muller_ for stentching and strengthening my body!

It’s a rainy day here in Park City, with snow ex It’s a rainy day here in Park City, with snow expected later this evening. We all know that the day is quickly approaching when the fall colors will disappear, which is why I spent three consecutive days hiking at Sundance over the weekend. 

It truly is my happy place! And as you all may know, I absolutely adore my Awe walks. Before the temperatures drop I suggest lacing up the shoes and pulling out your warmer layers so there is no excuse for not getting outside. Enjoy❤ ️
