Coconut Blueberry Protein Shake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 serving chocolate or vanilla protein powder (I recommend using the Kathy Smith Protein Shake)
8 oz unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
1/2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp coconut extract

Directions:
Purée all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Add ice if desired.
