Pear Cobbler Protein Shake Recipe


– 1 Serving vanilla protein powder (check out the Kathy Smith Protein Shake)
– 1 C. Frozen peaches or pears
– 1 C. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
– 2 tsp. Barlean’s Omega Swirl
– 1 tsp. Cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
– 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

Blend together and enjoy during the holidays!
