Watermelon Mint Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Watermelon, cubed 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water
1 serving vanilla protein powder…check out the Kathy Smith Protein Shake
Mint Sprigs
Squirt of lime juice 1
Tbsp chia or flax seeds
Crushed Ice
Blend together until smooth, and enjoy!
I am gluten and dairy sensitive. Can you recommend a good protein shake?
