Niçoise Salad Dressing


  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch dried thyme, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon capers

Whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and thyme in a small bowl. Whisk in the mayonnaise and the capers. Let rest to blend flavors.
