Irresistable Chocolate Coconut Protein Bites
3/4 cup Chocolate protein powder – check out the Kathy Smith Protein Powder
1/2 cup ground Almonds
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp. water
Ground Almond into a meal or use almond meal if you have on hand
Combine chocolate protein powder, and almond meal, and mix well.
Add melted coconut oil and combine
Add a tablespoon of water per time to get the mixture to the right sticky consistency.
Roll mixture into 12 balls
Refrigerate for an 1 hour before enjoying.
