Chocolate Cherry Protein Shake
Yields 1-2 servings
1 scoop chocolate protein powder…check out the Kathy Smith Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup spinach or kale
1 cup frozen cherries (pitted)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup blackberries
2 Tbsp plain Greek or Icelandic yogurt
1/2 cup ice
Blend all ingredients together.
