I used to do that workout every day using the VHS player! I loved the colors of the workout clothes—they are SO 80's! Love it!
This is the video I did five days a week for months after having my third baby. I have kept on exercising for all the following years and six more babies! I never had time to go to the gym…videos are great!

My favorite is still the Step Workout! I still do that all-over workout! So early 90's but it kicks my butt into shape! Kathy is such a great instructor! Makes it so easy to follow her & stay motivated!
I still have my VHS from this as well. I now have it on DVD and I still do it today, still LOVE IT
I have always enjoyed doing Kathy's workouts. I have the VHS & DVD from this classic also. I always enjoyed watching Kathy's friend Nancy. I hope that they are both doing well.
