Spring Greens Protein Shake

2 cups spinach
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
1/2 green apple (chopped and cored)
1/4 banana
Juice of 1 lemon.
1 serving vanilla protein shake (check out the Kathy Smith Shake)
Handful of ice


I consider myself a pro when it comes to protein shakes. Years ago, I began training for a marathon and the workouts were intense!
