Ga-Ga For Grape Protein Shake

Frozen grapes not only replace ice, but they’re also the perfect compliment to mixed berries. When you blend the grapes, it breaks apart their skin, which releases their supply of vitamin C, potassium and manganese.

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 ½ cups frozen seedless red or purple grapes
1/4 cup blueberries
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
