SHAKE


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
