Pumpkin Spice Recipe


1 1/2 C. unsweetened milk of choice (hemp milk, coconut milk or almond milk)
1/2 C. Pumpkin (Canned, pure)
1/4 C. Frozen cauliflower 
1/4 Frozen banana 
1 Serving (2 Tbsp.) Vanilla protein powder (check out the KS Wellness Protein Shake)
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice 
Optional – 1 Serving collagen (check out the KS Wellness Collagen)
Ice to thicken 

Pumpkin spice, but make it nice! Today’s NEW Pumpkin Spice protein shake recipe is out of this world. Get ready to indulge on a cozy mixture of the autumn flavors of the season… pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, and yes… even chocolate.

Plus, there’s a secret ingredient… frozen cauliflower. Don’t worry, I was skeptical too. But, trust me, you won’t taste it at all! Because it’s frozen, the cauliflower adds an extra creaminess to the shake to give it a milkshake-like consistency.

If you can’t find frozen cauliflower, you can also substitute it for cauliflower rice. Or, make your own by taking a whole, uncooked cauliflower head, chopping it up into small pieces and freezing it.
