Live in the Happiness Flow


Have you ever been in a mental space where you’re confident, engaged, and time just flies by… negative thoughts don’t exist, and life seems effortless.

That’s the “flow.”

When athletes do this, it’s called the “flow-state,” a heightened state of consciousness where you’re not letting challenges or boredom take over. There is no fight between the two… only flow. Yet somehow, afterward you feel much stronger than before. 

Sometimes, the less attached you are to the process, the easier the mind, body, and soul can help you sort it out.  

The key to increasing your confidence and creating “positive intelligence” is capitalizing on your strengths. Positive intelligence is where you shift your perspective to more appreciation and gratitude. In other words, focusing on what’s going strong rather than what’s going wrong.

When you play from your strengths, you feel better and more energetic and even perform better at work and in life. In addition, utilizing personal strengths is the best way to reach your goals.
