Chocolate Protein Mousse

Chocolate is edible happiness, which is why I was thrilled when Michele from @healthytablebyus  created this plant-based chocolate mousse recipe that’s packed with protein.

The list of reasons to love this creamy, velvety mousse go on and on. It’s naturally-sweetened and includes only 5 ingredients… avocado, protein, cocoa powder, blackberries, and honey. 

One serving of this protein mousse is packed with fiber and nutrition, and it will satisfy your chocolate fix. I’m sure you’ll love this guilt-free dessert as much as I do! 

KS Chocolate Mousse


1 small avocado
1 scoop Cocoa powder
6 blackberries (about 1/2 cup)
1 tsp honey or you preferred sweetener
1 scoop chocolate protein shake… check out KS Wellness chocolate protein



Blend all ingredients together, cover and chill overnight. Enjoy!
