15-Min Barre Body Lift Abs

Stronger abs in 15 minutes! This barre workout uses a series of small, concentrated movements designed to tighten and sculpt hard-to-reach muscles to cinch your waistline.

Today’s Recipe…
GRILLED WILD SALMON

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons Avocado Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dill
1 clove garlic, minced
4 salmon fillets (4–6 oz. each)
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges

METHOD
Preheat broiler with rack 6 inches from heat. In a small bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise, dill, and garlic. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place salmon in pan, skin side down. Coat the top of each piece evenly with the mustard mixture. Broil for 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are browned. Check for doneness, and if the fish needs to cook a little longer, turn off broiler and let stand in hot oven for a few more minutes until cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.

TIP: Serve with green beans sautéed with olive oil and almonds.
TIP: Works great on the grill for barbecues!
