Don’t WORK-Out

LET’S PLAY-OUT

Just like the mail carriers, come rain, shine, or snow, you’ll find me outdoors doing some activity. In Park City, we have a saying, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing!” It’s true!

One of my favorite winter outdoor adventures is to hike to the top of Iron Mountain in Park City, and then sled down!

This time of year, the view is incredible! Check it out… In today’s video from the top of the mountain, I share a new out-of-the-box activity that I’m taking up in February. You may have never heard of it before!

Consistency is the key to achieving any goal, whether it’s losing weight, gaining lean muscle, or even strengthening your core. When you workout in a way that you enjoy, you’re more likely to stick to it!

Turn your WORK-out into a PLAY-out!

I like to think of exercise as a way to take a break from daily obligations. Movement becomes a time to listen to a favorite podcast or music playlist… get fresh air or sunlight…. and of course, play.

In the Facebook group, I’ve loved seeing many of you use fitness as a training tool to allow you to participate and compete in your favorite activities. Below are a few posts of the group members having fun ice skating, skiing, paddle boarding, and more!

The Facebook group is lively, encouraging, and free to join. You can join here!
