Prep: 5 minutes, Yield: 4 servings 


  • 3 cups plant milk (make your own- let’s demo it!)-VitaMix
  • 2 TBS each Hemp Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame Seeds (can us just one)
  • 1 pitted dates
  • 1 Tbsp raisins
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 TBS of unsweetened applesauce
  • ¾  cup diced apples with skin 
  • 2  cups rolled oats 
  • 4 TBS of ground flax seeds

Night-before Preparation 

  1. Blend the plant milk with the dates, raisins, spices, and applesauce 
  2. Combine the blended milk with the apples and oatmeal in a medium bowl with lid and stir well 3. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more non-dairy milk 
  3. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight
