Today, science is proving what ancient wisdom foretold — what we do with our bodies does affects how we think; and what we think affects our body, our health, and ultimately, I believe, our destiny. One of the ways I enjoy using my body to clear my mind is with yoga. A balanced yoga practice improves flexibility, range of motion, coordination, posture, concentration, circulation…the list goes on and on! Yoga is more than just exercising.
