No matter what your 2021 wellness goals are, remember that the first step is to come up with a plan that inspires you and connects you to your intentions.

I use this visualization three times a week to help me map out my day and live each day to the fullest.
Focus on a goal that you want to achieve in the next month, the next six months and the next year. Place that goal in your mind, imagining that one year from today and you’ve done it. You’ve successfully accomplished something of importance to you, something meaningful.
