Let’s get started! An email will be sent to you shortly with your FREE download of the Fit Over 40 program. Each day during the challenge, I’ll email you a workout and recipe every day. From from walking to yoga to barre…from parfaits to frittatas to slimdown shakes, your recipes and workouts will be delivered straight to your email bright and early every morning.
If you DO NOT receive your Welcome Kit email make sure to check your spam or promotions folder….especially if you have a Hotmail, Outlook, Live, or MSN email address, as these providers can sometimes misplace our emails.
