Jumping into the past! I recently had the opportun Jumping into the past! I recently had the opportunity to try a trampoline workout for the first time in over 30 years at a class in New York at @thenessnyc 

It was just as much fun as I remembered! 

Trampoline workouts are low-impact, which makes them perfect for anyone with joint pain or those who want to avoid high-impact exercises. They also help improve cardiovascular health, balance and coordination all while stimulating the lymphatic system. 

Trying out different types of exercise has always kept me engaged and excited about my workout routine. I was sweating and giggling my way through the class and smiling the rest of the day. If you are looking for a new challenge you might be surprised at how much fun you have!

And lucky me... NY is one of my favorite walking cities!

New Yorkers are always on the go, and I love blending right in. Taking off when I first wake up lights up my brain, calms my nerves and focuses me for the day.
