Join Kathy Smith for the taping of a new PBS special
Kathy Smith: Ageless Energy
Sunday, March 4th 2:00-4:00PM at KPBS-TV in San Diego

Kathy Smith has stood at the forefront of the fitness and health industries for more than thirty years with a collection of books, videos, audios and DVD’s on walking, cardiovascular health, nutrition, strength training, yoga, Pilates, menopause, dance, and all-things-exercise.

Kathy has made it her life’s work to get people up and moving. And her experience has taught her that what Boomers worry about losing most is their ENERGY. Without energy, stamina, strength and balance are lost, as well.

The content of AGELESS ENERGY will focus on reframing the notion of “getting fit” from something that has to be done in a gym, a fitness center, on machines, with special clothes at a separate time of day to movement that is easy, fun, and part of everyday living.

Kathy will address how viewers can “get out of their own way” and understand and adopt healthy eating and regular movement are pathways to building stamina, strength and reducing stress – in other words, effortlessly maintaining and increasing energy.

Audience members will not be expected to exercise during the taping of the show.
Dress attire is casual business. Please avoid wearing all black or white.
