My summer motto? Work out efficiently, play outside longer. Today’s 20-minute session combines cardio and strength so you can get complete results and get back to enjoying the season. It’s double duty!
 
This circuit alternates between cardio bursts and strength intervals. The cardio portions feature lateral jumping lunges and squat jumps that get your heart racing. Then you’ll shift into strength segments with bicep curls with overhead presses, rowing motions for your back, and push-ups adapted to your level.
 
This alternating structure keeps your heart rate elevated while giving each muscle group proper intensity. You’re maximizing both components in one focused session.
 
20 minutes to sculpt and burn. More time for summer fun.
