GREEN SHAKE

Ingredients:

  • 1 C cold water 
  • 1 Serving KS Wellness vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 full romaine heart 
  • 1-2 Cups spinach 
  • 1/2 Fuji apple 
  • 1/2 lemon (remove the peel) 
  • 1″ fresh ginger 
  • 4-5 Leaves fresh mint 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 

Instructions:

  • Mix the greens and liquid into the blender first. Once those are broken down, add in the remaining ingredients until the texture is smooth. This helps reduce the green flecks in the shake!
