When I teamed up with boxing veteran Michael Olajide @elcuerpodepapi for the Aerobox video, we took jump roping to a whole new level. 
 
The drills and foot patterns require precise timing and coordination between your hands, feet, and eyes. As you jump over the rope, your brain and body work together to maintain a rhythmic pattern, enhancing your hand-eye-foot coordination and proprioception. Improved coordination not only aids in sports performance but also in everyday activities that require balance and spatial awareness.
 
Also, the repetitive motion of jumping over the rope helps to develop fast-twitch muscle fibers, improving your explosive power and quickness.
