With Fit Over 40, there’s no guesswork to your workout routine... you'll always know what's coming up!
For 14 days, you'll receive a workout every day....from cardio to strength training,...from walking to barre.... from pilates to yoga.
The Fit Over 40 program includes...
• Toning routines that focus on creating strong arms, firm buns, and a streamline waistline.
• Cardio routines that kick your natural fat-burning ability into full-gear.
• Indoor/outdoor walking audios to turn your walk into a workout.
• Daily motivation to help push you harder, and access to a private Facebook group for support along the way.
Looking forward to seeing what results I'll achieve with the kettle bell workout. 🙂
Dear Kathy Smith,
I love your workouts. I'm in great shape and have been using the instant workout for almost 20 years. I recently also added the Kettlebell Solution to my routine and I now rotate between those 5 days every week. I value your opinion and input and enjoy your newsletter.
It saddens me to see that for cool things like your givaway (or for anything for that matter) you force your fans to enter through (and therefore use) facebook etc. I understand facebook is a marketing tool for you but it also is a matrix, a virtual and non-existing reality which takes away people from their real life. It may get people close to those they are far from but it for sure gets people farther from those they are close to. Using facebook has contributed to the ruin of many lives and relationships. Reaching us via email, newsletter and your website is very efficient. There is no need to force people to giveup their lives in favor of their imaginary cyber lives. After all the more time any of us spend in cyber space the less time we spend working out and enjoying the beauty of real life and real personal connections. Please don't make any benefits or products dependant on participation in facebook or any other cyber matrix illusion realities. Just a thought.
Sincerely,
Your fan
Miriam Moore
You don't have to enter using Facebook. You can simply use your email address (it's what I did). If you have Facebook, you can get extra entries by liking her FB page but there are other ways to enter besides that..
I, for one, don't mind the FB options. FB has enabled me to be able to connect with family and friends that I otherwise would have litltle to no contact with because we are so distant from one another. It has also put me in contact with a host of people who've been a tremendous help in figuring out how to live gluten and eventually grain free (I was diagnosed with food sensitivities a couple of years ago). Doctors had only limited information and my health insurance wouldn't cover seeing a dietician so I turned to the internet and in particular to Facebook where I was able to find all sorts of gluten free and paleo groups and pages that have helped me learn how to eat healthier. They've been a tremendous support and source of great information. I understand that for some people, it can be a waste of time, but, as with all things, there is good along with the bad
Janet, I'm glad facebook works for you. I know all the information you found online is available without facebook and there are many who's lives have been damaged, if not ruined, by their or someone they love's addiction to facebook. I greatly appreciate the chance I got to enter without facebook. I simply commented because I don't think someone who uses facebook should have any more chances than someone who doesn't. I believe participation in facebook is a personal choice that should have nothing to do with one's participation in a promotion drawing from Kathy Smith. I love Kathy Smith's workouts and have been using them faithfully with great results for almost 20 years.
wow I would love to win this to help get myself in shape and healthier. Thanks for the chance 🙂
Thanks for the chance!
I have been working out to Kathy Smith's videos since the mid eighties, I love them, they are my favorite.
Please enter me in the Kettlebell Giveaway.
I hope this entry works because I'm already subscribed to Kathy's e-mail list. I also appreciate not being forced to enter through FB. I don't have a FB account and don't want one due to all the privacy issues, etc. I love the workout groups I've joined on Meetup!
