Watermelon Mint Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Watermelon, cubed 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water
1 serving vanilla protein powder (I recommend using the Kathy Smith Protein Shake)
Mint Sprigs
Squirt of lime juice 1
Tbsp chia or flax seeds
Crushed Ice

Blend together until smooth, and enjoy!
