Energy-Packed Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 C. green tea *A spark of caffeine makes this the perfect morning energy boost!*
1 serving chocolate protein powder – check out the Kathy Smith protein powder!
1/2 C. frozen raspberries
1/4 avocado
1 Tbsp Barlean’s omega-3 pomegranate swirl
Handful of ice

Directions:

Steep green tea, then chill. Place in protein powder, raspberries, avocado, pomegranate swirl, and ice. Blend for 30 seconds and enjoy!
