Revamp your Labor Day fitness routine with the Name Game Workout! 

Make it your pre-shower routine before you head out the door for BBQs or a warm up for the days hike.. like me😊

Here's how it works. The letters in your name correlate to a move. Each name has its own unique workout. 

For example:
"K" is a 1-min wall sit.
"A" is 30 high knees. 
"T" is 30 mountain climbers. 
"H" is 30 squats. 
"Y" is 30 crunches.

There are two rounds. For the first round, first name only. Second round, use your last name. Let me know how it goes!
