This one is my new morning obsession, and once you try it, it’ll be yours too. Rich, chocolatey, and packed with blueberries, it tastes like an indulgence but fuels your body like a champion. The cottage cheese blends up completely smooth and invisible, adding serious creaminess and a protein boost you’d never guess was there. The almond butter brings richness and healthy fats, and the flax seeds round out every sip with fiber, omega-3s and 6s, and nutrients. All your nutrients packed into one glass. Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (whey or plant-based)
1/4 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 Tablespoon almond butter
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Pro tip: Frozen blueberries give this smoothie a thicker, colder texture without needing ice. If you want it even thicker, add a small handful of ice before blending.
