Here in Park City, we’ve had three glorious days in a row of 70-degree sunshine. The birds are singing, the sky is that impossible shade of crystal blue, and that unmistakable spring is here energy moved right through my body. Lighter layers, more time outside, summer sports on the horizon… and with all of that comes one thought: it’s time to work that core!

Today’s workout is a 20-minute core routine that incorporates functional Pilates movements that train your core the way it was meant to work: in motion. The sequence flows from deep core activation into classic Pilates exercises like single and double leg stretches, corkscrews, and we’ll finish it off with a plank series. By the end, you’ll have worked your abs, back, hips, and stabilizers for a connected core from head to toe.
