Double Chocolate Shake
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup chopped collard greens (stalks removed), or other leafy green
1⁄2 cup raw cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen)
1⁄4 cup plain almond butter

Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 small frozen banana
1 Tbsp chia seeds

Read the Labels and See the Difference! Go to any health food store and you’ll see – there are a lot of protein powders out there! Even if you try to read the labels, it can be tough to navigate through the long list of unfamiliar ingredients. Here’s what I look for in a quality protein:
