Recently, I was in San Miguel de Allende for a writers’ conference. While I was there, I met with some agents about my next book… more on that soon. The place I stayed was gorgeous, second floor, no elevator. So I grabbed my 40-pound suitcase and hauled it up the stairs. No big deal.
