Cacao Mint Protein Shake
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 frozen peeled bananas
1/8 C cashews
Leaves from 1 1/2 bunches fresh mint
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, bananas, spinach, mint, vanilla, cashews and cinnamon, and blend until smooth. Then, add the cacao nibs and blend lightly…enough to break up the nibs but still add texture.
