To do this move, put your hands in the shape of a diamond so your pointer finger and thumbs are together. Then, place your hands on the mat right underneath your sternum. Start on your knees, and press up into a pushup. Keep your body in a straight line from your knees to your shoulders, keeping the shoulders down as you press up and down. To make it more difficult, do the pushup on your toes.
