Berry Delight Protein Shake Popsicle
- 1/2 C mixed berries – fresh or frozen
- 1 container (apx 2/3 Cup) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 C unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 handful kale
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein shake…check out the Kathy Smith Protein Shake!
- Blend all ingredients together. Divide into four servings and freeze in popsicle molds! Don’t have popsicle molds? After making enough for your smoothie, pour the rest into an empty ice cube tray so you can have protein pops throughout the day!
