- 4 pears, Bartlett or Anjou
- 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together oats, coconut sugar, nuts, cinnamon, salt, and coconut oil.
- Cut pears in half, remove seeds, and scoop out a shallow hole.
- Place pears in a 9×13 baking pan or on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle honey evenly across pears
- Spoon oat mixture into pears.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until pears are tender.
