- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 4 tbsp coconut milk powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp maca powder (optional)
- 1/2 monkfruit sweetener
- One Dark Chocolate bar
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Mix all Coconut Bar ingredients in a bowl.
- Mold to your desired shape.
- Top with one or two almonds
- Set in a freezer for 10 min
- For the Ganache, break up the chocolate bar into a separate, microwave-safe bowl, add the coconut oil, and microwave for 30 seconds, mixing every 10 seconds.
- Cover the frozen coconut bar with melted chocolate, sprinkle some shredded coconut and freeze for another 10 min.
