In this Aerobox workout, you’ll power through an intense, full-body boxing-style cardio session that blends shadow-boxing, jump rope, and “stick & move” drills to build strength, agility, and stamina. You’ll begin with a warm-up to learn the key punches, stance, and basic footwork, then cycle through rounds of stationary boxing, moving punch combinations, rope or ropeless jumping variations, and movement drills that challenge coordination. Each segment pushes your heart rate with fast, dynamic boxing combos and intermittent jump-rope bursts, while later sections focus on active recovery, core work, and stretching so you leave feeling energized but not overworked.
