Every three minutes, we’ll pause for a one-minute standing move to fire up your midsection. Then, when we hit the halfway mark, I’ll cue you to turn around and head back, picking up the pace as the music drives you forward. I’ll coach you through proper technique, rate of perceived exertion, and how to use the beat to stay motivated.
