Everyone has a different stress tolerance level. We all live very different lives. And, a certain amount of stress is actually healthy for us, but we all know that too much can take its toll on our minds and bodies. Symptoms of stress include headaches, jaw clenching, rashes, neck ache or back pain. While we cannot completely eliminate stress from our lives, we can significantly reduce it by scheduling in stress relief and relaxation like regular exercise or yoga.
