4 large leaves of romaine lettuce
1 turkey breast, sliced into strips
¼ cucumber, sliced thin
¼ c. goat cheese, crumbled
1. Place lettuce leaves onto a plate, cup side up.
2. Place the turkey strips evenly on the lettuce, and top with cucumber, carrots, and goat cheese.
3. Tuck in sides and roll up tightly. Serve immediately or use toothpicks to secure wraps for later.
