2 C chopped lettuce
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Niçoise Salad Dressing
4–6 ounces water-pack tuna (in can or pouch)
½ cup blanched green beans
6 cherry tomatoes
1. Place lettuce on a plate.
2. In a small bowl, combine egg with Niçoise Salad Dressing and spread evenly over lettuce.
3. Flake cooked tuna over the lettuce and top with green beans. Toss all ingredients together.
