Turmeric Lemon Anti-Inflammatory Protein Shake
1/2 c plain greek yogurt
1/2 c unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk

1/2 banana frozen
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Place all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in a large blender or food processor. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
Add chia seeds and blend for 5 seconds or until just incorporated.
