What is PGX & Why Do I Love It?

Weight loss and healthy living is a real balancing act. After all, one of the most important factors to doing it successfully is balance – specifically when it comes to blood sugars. Put simply, when our blood sugar drops too quickly, our energy is zapped and our brains tell our bodies “It’s time to eat!”

So, it’s no wonder that recent research reveals that overweight people ride a blood sugar roller coaster with levels rising and falling rapidly throughout the day. It’s a ride that sometimes seems impossible to get off.

I’m loving a new product called PGX, a powerful tool in this arena because it can have such a positive affect on blood sugar levels. Available as a softgel or in granular form, this complex of plant fibers helps slow the digestion of food, which supports healthy blood sugar levels already within the normal range. It controls appetite by keeping you feeling full, which can mean smaller meal portions, and of course can lead to healthy weight loss!

Losing weight is simple math. Bottom line: you have to burn more calories than you consume. And, while PGX does not burn calories itself, it can be an amazing aid, affecting your appetite and helping to decrease the size of your meals. Add in the natural sense of energy that comes from having balanced blood sugar, and you’ve got a real game-changer on your hands!
