Lemon Berry Protein Shake

(No protein powder needed!)

1/2 C. Garbanzo beans
1/2 C. Mixed berries
1 C. Unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Ice to thicken

Optional: 1 serving chocolate Kathy Smith Protein Powder

Directions:
Blend together and enjoy! Serves 1.
