An upset stomach actually limits your abdominal muscles. So here’s a few quick tricks:
– Chew your food completely
– Avoid processed foods
– Consider unsweetened almond milk and organic juices
– Limit caffeine
– Limit alcohol
– Drink plenty of water
– Keep up with your exercise program
