This is one of my favorites! Close your eyes and explore your partner’s body with one hand while simultaneously mirroring your movements on your own body with the other hand. Make sure you touch the identical spots with each hand. As your hands map the terrain of your bodies, let the maps overlay each other in your mind’s eye. Begin with non-intimate areas, and progress only as you’re both comfortable. This exercise can create a feeling of intimacy even beyond the sensory experience.
