2 Breakfast Recipes You’ll Want To Eat Every Morning

Smoothie bowls are one of the trendiest breakfasts right now…and they’re a perfect refresher for a warm, summer morning.

Whether packed with leafy greens, mixed berried, or creamy avocados, these low-sugar, rich, almost ice-cream like bowls are filling, nutrient-packed, and most importantly, absolutely delicious.

Creamy, but thick enough to eat with a spoon, these breakfast bowls are made in less than five minutes, and packed with protein and nutrients.

So good, you’ll want to eat them every morning!

1. Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 C unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 C mixed frozen berries
1/2 chopped frozen banana
1 Tbsp ground flax seed
1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein powder – I recommend using Kathy Smith Protein Powder

Blend all ingredients together. Splash in more milk if necessary, but be sure to keep the mixture thick. Serve in a bowl topped with 1 Tbsp chia seeds, and 1/2 C fresh berries.

2. Raspberry Peach Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 C unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/2 C frozen raspberries
1/2 C frozen peaches
1 Tbsp ground flax seed
1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein powder – I recommend using Kathy Smith Protein Powder

Blend all ingredients together. Splash in more milk if necessary, but be sure to keep the mixture thick. Serve in a bowl topped with 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds and 1/4 C fresh raspberries.
